
To log in to NetSuite, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the NetSuite login page:
- Open your preferred web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
- Go to the following URL: https://system.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp
- Enter your credentials:
- In the provided fields, enter your NetSuite email address and password.
- Click “Log In”:
- Click the “Log In” button to access your NetSuite account.
Additional Tips:
- Remember Me: Check the “Remember Me” box to save your login information for future visits.
- Forgot Password: If you forget your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. You’ll be guided through a password reset process.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If your account is configured for 2FA, you’ll need to provide a second verification code after entering your password. This code can be generated by an authenticator app on your phone or sent to you via SMS or email.

NetSuite offers two login page types for accessing the user interface:
- Standard Login Pages: These are for users without a “Customer Center” role. There are four standard login page URLs provided.

Additionally:
- All login pages offer a “Forgot your password?” link for password reset.
