NetSuite System Status Check

The NetSuite Service Status Page is a communication tool used to inform you of service interruptions, degraded performance, and unplanned outages.  

The NetSuite services fall into one of four statuses and are indicated by the status icons below:

  • Normal Performance
  • Degraded Performance  
  • Partial Outage  
  • Outage  

It can be checked on https://status.netsuite.com/

Also, you can access the event history on NetSuite service status web page.

NetSuite services displayed on the status page:

  • Application UI: NetSuite user interface (what you see when you log in to NetSuite)
  • SuiteCommerce – Websites: web stores running on NetSuite
  • SuiteCommerce – Checkout: web store checkout processing
  • Email: email infrastructure
  • Asynchronous Services: backend processes, for example, ERP processes and SuiteScript processors
  • SuiteTalk: SOAP Web Services, REST Web Services, and partner integrations
  • SuiteAnalytics Connect: ODBC, JDBC, and ADO.NET connections to NetSuite data
  • SuiteAnswers: NetSuite self-service support site

To check the current status of these services:

  1. Visit the NetSuite Service Status page: https://status.netsuite.com/
  2. You’ll see a list of the services mentioned above. Each service will have a status icon indicating its current health:
    • Green circle: Normal Performance
    • Yellow triangle: Degraded Performance
    • Orange circle: Partial Outage
    • Red circle: Outage

Additionally, the page offers:

  • Metrics: Aggregate number of application requests made and average uptime across the NetSuite service over a rolling 12-month window (updated monthly).
  • Event History: Lists past service disruptions with details about the issue, impact, and resolution.
  • Subscription: Option to receive email or text message notifications about service disruptions.
