NetSuite has been consistently integrating AI & LLM inside NetSuite. With these adding SuiteApp which can be directly used to automate business process starting from OCR with AI capabilities to SuiteAnalytics.

Here are the AI capabilities NetSuite has added:

1. Invoice Processing: NetSuite Bill Capture captures invoice data using OCR and creates invoice inside NetSuite. With added AI flavour it helps to improve OCR and map correctly to best suited field inside NetSuite invoice record.
2. Content Generation: NetSuite Text Enhance generates text and enhances it using AI. It is currently available for text area and long text fields inside NetSuite.
3. Financial Anomaly Detection: NetSuite Financial Exception Management detects risks and anomaly by scanning financial data and flagging them.
4. Analytics Assistant: NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Assistant sources data from NetSuite workbook and creates reports and charts to visualize. User can also ask queries related to data.
5. Recommendations: NetSuite Intelligent Item Recommendations provides item recommendations based on last purchase and customer history.
6. SuiteScript Generative AI: NetSuite has alsi introduced LLM module which can be directly used inside SuiteScripts and will connect with OCI GenAI infrastructure. User will need to create account in OCI to use it for business process. It can used free for 1000 calls per month per account.

NetSuite is continuously adding features and integrating with AI, not much behind SalesForce. SalesForce has added feature to build agents which I think would be next for NetSuite.
